I've been in therapy with Iván for a while and he's been really helpful to me. The feeling you may have with your therapist is something very personal, but without a doubt Iván does everything he can to establish that connection and make you feel comfortable in his sessions. From the beginning he was very empathetic, cautious and with a very genuine interest. We have approached therapy with different techniques, including EMDR, always under Iván's recommendation and previously agreed upon.

Iván has helped me improve in many areas, get to know myself better and face traumas and situations that previously conditioned me in a negative way. He has a great ability to convey and address topics that may be delicate in a close way.

It has provided me with tools that help me in my daily life for good emotional management.

Without a doubt, Iván is a great professional who puts dedication and involvement into his work. It can easily be deduced that he has a lot of training and that he enjoys what he does.

I fervently recommend doing therapy with Iván, especially if you are a man and from the LGTBI community as is my case, since there are many things that can be treated in a very concrete and efficient way and he gives you the tools to do it.

Iván is a very attentive person and explains everything in an understandable way. At all times, select the techniques and tools that best adapt to each case and according to the needs. Despite being a wonderful person, he does not do magic, so one has to get involved as much as possible to be able to move forward and obtain the best results. Totally recommended.
